Ncore Games has revealed that FAU-G’s India downloads have crossed five million in 24 hours. The made-in-India action debuted on Republic Day on the Google Play Store and had a similar number of pre-registrations thanks to opening up support for low-end Android devices closer to launch.

Five million downloads on day one is no mean feat. Particularly when you consider that FAU-G doesn’t have any multiplayer modes just yet. When you download the game, you’ll be able to play through a short single-player campaign. The company is yet to announce when FAU-G would get multiplayer and battle royale modes.
Interestingly, the iOS version of FAU-G is yet to hit the App Store. Initially touted for a January 26 release date, Ncore Games hasn’t made it available for iPhones and iPads just yet. This should come as no surprise when you consider that Android is the dominant platform in India.
As for what to expect from the game itself, here’s a look at its gameplay and for a more in-depth look, we have a review in progress too.
Previously Ncore revealed that FAU-G crossed a million pre-registrations in its first 24 hours of being listed on the Google Play Store which at the time made it the game with the highest pre-registrations in India and that was on December 2, 2020. On launch day it had close to five million pre-registrations.
