Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present her third budget on Monday. The market has reacted negatively to the previous two budgets presented by her (fell 1.1 per cent in 2019 and 2.5 per cent in 2020). This time around also, the market has come off more than 5 per cent from the highs.
