Decoding violence in Farmer's Tractor Rally on Republic Day in Delhi

Farmers protesting against the 3 farm laws by the Government of India had demanded permission for a tractor rally in Delhi on Republic Day. Delhi Police, while granting permission had identified a route for these protestors and the farmers' unions on their part had promised to keep the entire act peaceful.
