Mohan Bhargava (Shah Rukh Khan) – Swades

It is one of the best characters Shah Rukh Khan has played in his career. He played Mohan Bhargava, an NRI with an excellent job of a scientist in NASA. He comes to India with the intention of taking nanny Kaveri Amma (Kishori Ballal) to the US. His short trip turns out to be life-altering as he decided to stay back and do his best for the people of the village and India. Her discussions on India with Mohan are still quite relevant. Also Read - Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal wedding: The couple are set to tie the knot at THIS time today?
Sehmat (Alia Bhatt) – Raazi

Alia Bhatt played an Indian spy named (Sehmat) in this wonderful film directed by Meghna Gulzar. She puts her life on the line as she gets married in a Pakistan family to serve the country.
Bhuvan (Aamir Khan) – Lagaan

Aamir Khan played a farmer, Bhuvan who dared to take on the Britishers in a sport (cricket) he had little idea about. He got the team and villagers together to play a game to avoid the threefold tax that the evil Captain Andrew Russell was proposing.
ACP Ajay Singh Rathod (Aamir Khan) – Sarfarosh

This was one gem of a film. ACP Ajay Rathod was such an inspiring person who did all he could to stop cross-border terrorism. The scene in which he has a heated conversation with Inspector Saleem (Mukesh Rishi) still gives us goose bumps.
Karan Shergill (Hrithik Roshan) – Lakshya

One of Hrithik Roshan’s finest films. He played Karan Shergill in this coming of age film made by Farhan Akhtar. It was based on the India-Pakistan Kargil war. His character growth was too inspiring.
