Fog to hang over Gurgaon all week, dry wind will add to chill

Gurgaon: Moderate fog engulfed the city on Monday with the minimum temperature being recorded at 7.1 degrees Celsius. The maximum was recorded at 18.2 degrees Celsius.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that similar weather conditions will prevail this week with cold wave conditions in the mid-week. It has also predicted dense-to-very-dense fog conditions over the next few days. “The temperature is expected to dip further over the next few days as dry northwesterly winds are likely to blow in the region during 3-4 days,” said an IMD official.
As per the weekly forecast, the minimum temperature will hover around 7 degrees Celsius on Tuesday, while the maximum temperature will settle at 17 degrees Celsius.
There will be moderate-to-dense fog in the morning but sky will be clear during the day.
