Gangtok, Jan 25 ( UNI) While the State Govt Health Workers are getting Vaccinated against Coronavirus, the private hospital and Clinics had no provision as such to be in the line.
But, the Doctors and others in Manipal Central Referral hospital, here have arranged for the Vaccination, themselves.
Vaccination has started. The Vaccination drive to prepare Staff and Doctors to prevent sickness was much needed as they have been dealing with patients, to begin with, who appears with COVID symptoms before anyone could be sent to designated State Govt COVID 19 Hospital.
However, subsequently when it is age level-wise inoculation many of them with Voter Card could have fitted in.
The Health workers of Manipal (Pvt) were not included for Jab, because Central Govt Guidelines sent to State, have not mentioned it, said a State Health Doctor.
