3rd Foundation Day of National Sport University, Manipur celebrated

National sport University, Manipur virtually celebrated its 3rd foundation day on 16-01-2021.On this occasion, R C Mishra, IAS (Retd), Vice Chancellor, National Sports University and L Shyam Kumar, Registrar, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour, respectively. Dean-in-charge, Dr Lamlun Buhril was also present.

On this occasion, as a special guest, Professor jayashree Acharya wished everyone success for the future endeavours of the university.

In his address, the Vice Chancellor appreciated the efforts made by Professor Jayashree Acharya, Former Dean, NSU, Registrar L.Shyam Kumar, faculty members and students to make teaching and learning process smooth in spite of the pandemic by accepting and using technology as a tool. He also emphasized on seeing positive side of the pandemic which brought to our attention of the importance of family and environment.

The University Honoured Mr Rajesh Thokchom, students of M A Sports Psychology for being the topper of the first passed out batch of NSU. E-Certificates to winner of debate competitions organized during the year 2020 were distributed online.
