Uttam Sugar Mills redeems over 1 lakh preference shares of Rs100 each

These redeemed shares of the company comprise 6.50% Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share.

Uttam Sugar Mills Limited has redeemed over 1 lakh or 6.50% Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share of Rs100/- each.

“Preference Share Redemption Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at a meeting held on January 22, 2021, has redeemed 1,00,250, 6.50% Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share of Rs100/- each,” company said in a regulatory filing on Friday.

Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd ended at Rs94.35 per piece down by Rs2.9 or 2.98% from its previous closing of Rs97.25 per piece on the BSE.
