Police investigating after human remains found in national park east of Perth

A body has been found in a national park in Perth’s east.

Police were called to Glen Brook Dam, in John Forrest National Park, Hovea, about 12.35pm on Monday after a member of the public found what they believed to be human remains.

A WA Police spokeswoman said investigations were ongoing.

The national park lies far out to Perth’s east, past Midland, and Glen Brook Dam can be accessed by a trail leaving from a picnic area near Park Road.
