Imphal, January 23 2021:
A book "INA and Manipur: An Unforgettable Battle for India's Independence" was released at Manipur University, today.
The book is co-edited by Shukhdeba Sharma Hanjabam and Aheibam Koireng Singh.
The book releasing function was organised by Intellectual Forum of North East and Commerce Department of MU.
MU VC-in charge, Professor Amar Yumnam and Department of Commerce, HoD Prof Kh Tomba Singh attended the function as chief guest and president respectively.
Later, a panel discussion on Subhas Chandra Bose was also held with retd Lt General Konsam Himalay, retd Lt Gen, LN Singh and Y Modhu Singh as panellists.
