Royal Riders Manipur observes 14th foundation day

Imphal, January 23 2021: Royal Riders Manipur (RRM) observed its 14th Foundation Day at its office in Langol today.

Floral tributes were paid to the deceased members of the club and observed one minute silence as a mark of respect.

Members of the club along with the family members of the deceased members attended today's event.

Speaking on the occasion, Bonee Oinam, finance secretary of the club stated that Royal Riders Club Manipur was registered in 2007 .

Ever since its formation the club has been serving the people of the State under the theme 'Serving with Adventure' especially venturing into the hilly areas and periphery to extend support to the locals organising health camps, charity programs etc.

President of the club Momo Laishram stated that the members of the club have been ardently helping the people even before its formal registration.

The club mainly focuses on the effects caused by climate change and have been serving the needy travelling into areas of the State where it is difficult to commute, he added.

He also expressed the idea of making Manipur a tourist attraction by welcoming the bikers from different parts of the world taking them into a tour of the famous spots of the State.
