Imphal, January 23 2021: Rashtriya Samajik Samarasata Sangathan (RSSS) organised a one day convention at Langei village in Nongpok Sanjenbam, Imphal East district today.

The convention under the banner "Living with people, working with people and progressing with people" was held under the sponsorship of Langei International and North-East Women Entrepreneur Association (NEWEA) .

RSSS National president Raju Singh Chandrabansi, National convenor Rajeev Kumar Srivastava, National general secretary Krishna Kishore, Telangana State president Ramesh Reddy, North-East in charge Yumnam Basanta Meitei, Manipur State president Wanhengbam Sanjoy, Langei International proprietor Telem Arun and NEWEA Manipur president Kangabam Bijaya Chanu attended the event as presidium members.

At the event, National president Raju Singh Chandrabansi said the RSSS is an organisation that has its units in 22 States working for the welfare of the people and bringing equal development.

Without strengthening the society, the country can not become a super Nation, he said, adding that the RSSS is working with the people to strengthen the society and bring welfare to all.

NEWEA Manipur president Kangabam Bijaya said the convention was held with special focus on women to empower them.
