R-Day:Haryana governor to hoist national flag at Raj Bhavan

Chandigarh, Jan 24 (UNI) Haryana Governor Satyadeo Narain Arya will now hoist the national flag at Raj Bhavan in Chandigarh instead of Panchkula on the occasion of Republic Day.
According to the circular issued by the Political and Parliamentary Affairs Department of the Chief Secretary Office, this decision has been taken due to the situation arising out of Covid-19 pandemic.
In addition, the previously released programme schedule will remain unchanged and the guidelines issued by the Central Government will be followed.
