Mahindra Lifespaces reported -17.42% yoy fall in Dec-20 quarter consolidated total revenues at Rs70.19cr. The lag impact of the pandemic continued as demand to buy properties is yet to come back in a big way. In the absence of demand for new projects, the off-take has been quite slow in the project development business vertical.
For the Dec-20 quarter, the company reported a net loss of Rs-9.68cr due to the weak top line revenues. This was against a small net profit of Rs2cr in the Dec-19 quarter.
