Stock Alert: Boqii Touches New 52-week High

Shares of Boqii Holding Limited (BQ), a pet-focused platform in China, are rising more than 11 percent or $1.10 in Friday's morning trade at $10.63, after hitting a new 52-week high of $10.87 and following strong gains in recent sessions.

Frida, Boqii said it has appointed Kai Fang as the company's Chief Strategy Officer, effective immediately. Fang has over 15 years of capital market experience in top financial institutions.

Prior to joining Boqii, Fang served as a Managing Director and the Head of Financial Sponsors Group in CITIC CLSA. Before that, he also held senior roles in equity capital markets division at BofA Merrill Lynch and China Renaissance.

Boqii has traded in a range of $4.06 to $10.87 in the past 52 weeks.

Intel Corp. said it is probing into the hack of its fourth-quarter earnings report that prompted the chipmaker to release its earnings statement ahead of schedule.
