Portland rioting against Biden inauguration leads to charges for 4, more likely to follow


Four individuals arrested in Portland, Ore., rioting on Wednesday had been formally charged with crimes starting from riot to illegal possession of a harmful system, Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt introduced Thursday.

Kai-Ave Douvia, 22, allegedly used a pry bar to escape a window on the Democratic Party’s headquarters, and was charged with rioting and legal mischief.
