Sky UK & Ireland targets 20% BAME representation in staffing vs 15% currently

Sky said it is aiming for 20 percent of its staff in the UK and Ireland to be from a Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic (BAME) background by 2025, with at least a quarter of these to be Black, or 5 percent of its workforce altogether. These figures compare with current rates of 14.7 percent BAME representation and 2.7 percent Black representation.
