Bollywood dance choreographer Shabina Khan spanning her illustrious career has come forward presently with a great and unique initiative to help out the dance community. This initiative is all about scouting a pool of talented dancers, who are not financially secured or stable enough to take their dance-related passion ahead. For now, this scouting search will take place within Mumbai city only.

This stirring motive was initiated through a survey in the course of lockdown, keeping in mind the financial challenges faced by both professional and unschooled dancers within the dance community. Shabina Khan then decided to go forward with this campaign of searching for talents across Mumbai, who knows how to cut a rug and who is talented and both passionate about dancing.

Her aim through this step is to reach dancers who are really skilled, committed, and raw at the same time, but hidden from the spotlight due to various obstacles, including financial and lack of proper support system. She already collaborated successfully with around 300+ dancers and now is planning to reach even more such talented dancers through this movement.

Shabina Khan's team personally searches for artists by reaching at their doorstep. As a choreographer herself, she completely understands the intricacies revolving around dancers, the financial struggle of making it to an audition coupled with the challenges of an inconsistent and unstable career path. Shabina Khan's sole mission through this concept is to support extremely talented dancers by scouting them, reaching to them, and backing them by fulfilling their potential.
