This is in continuation of Exchange Notice No. 20200207-20 dated 07th February, 2020, informing therein the Record date fixed on  11/03/2020  by Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. for the purpose of Exercise of Put Option on the following Debentures of the Company.

The Company has now informed that it had partly redeemed the following Debentures pursuant to part put option exercised by the debenture holders.

Further, the company has now requested to revoke the suspension of the aforesaid said debentures.

In view of the above, Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the dealing in the below mentioned Debentures shall be resumed on the Exchange w.e.f. January 22, 2021, (DR-206/2020-2021) :
