New President Joe Biden shared some sweet and heartwarming moments with his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, during his Presidential Inauguration today (January 20).

The 78-year-old Commander in Chief and Jill, who is now First Lady, were seen sharing some hugs and kisses and holding hands while leaving and arriving to events throughout the day.

Ahead of his swearing in ceremony, Joe also shared a touching Instagram dedicated to Jill.

“I love you, Jilly, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have you with me on the journey ahead,” he captioned, sharing his sweet nickname for her.

Ahead of his oath, Jill was seen giving his shoulders a reassuring squeeze.

Joe and Jill‘s family – including their daughter Ashley, son Hunter, and grandchildren, Naomi, Finnegan, Maisy, Natalie, and Robert “Hunter” II – were also at the celebration.
