Sega has announced Two Point Hospital: Jumbo Edition for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Switch. The Jumbo Edition release will also be playable on Xbox Series X|S and PS5 through backwards compatible. Two Point Hospital: Jumbo Edition will be out on March 5.

- Bigfoot expansion: Introduces to the wintery region of Pointy Mountains and celebri-yeti Bartholomew F. Yeti, alongside new illnesses to cure like Could Shoulder, Bard Flu, and Aurora Snorealis.
- Pebberley Island expansion: Brings with it new locations Pebberley Reef and the dense, unexplored country in Overgrowth. Also allows you to unlock the secret of eternal youth.
- Close Encounters expansion: Involves dealing with conspiracies, secret facilities, and new illnesses like Science Friction, and Lack of Humanity. There are also aliens.
- Off The Grid expansion: Brings new gameplay mechanics to promote eco-friendliness.
