A 21-year-old bus driver has been arrested on Tuesday for allegedly ramming into a biker and then dragging him for almost 100 metres. The driver was driving rashly when he hit the biker in Thane on Sunday.
The biker then held on to a window of the bus to protect himself from falling. But instead of stopping, the driver continued to drive.
