With the credit card given by a private bank, many customers' money was withdrawn through the Razor Pay App. The matter is related to RBL Bank at Gandhi Maidan. The aggrieved customers have given a written complaint in this regard to the Gandhi Maidan police station.
The people, whose money has been withdrawn, took a loan from a private finance company before opening an account with this bank. The same company gave the customer details to the bank. After this, the bank called everyone and asked them to open the account. Then a few days later customers were given a credit card. Suraj Kumar, working in a private company and resident of New Etwarpur, got a credit card on January 10.
On January 16, 29 thousand rupees were transferred from his account. Similarly, about 43 thousand rupees were withdrawn from the account of Purnendu Kumar working as MR in a pharmaceutical company. He was given a credit card on 9 January. However, the money was withdrawn from the account within two hours.
On January 17, four thousand rupees were blown by cybercriminals from the account of Amit Kumar, who lives in Punpun. In this regard, RBL Bank says that the cybercriminals have cheated customers. Thus, withdrawal of rupees cannot be done without OTP. The bank itself is investigating this fraud.
