Realty stocks were engaged in subdued trade on Wednesday after a stellar performance on Tuesday. Indiabulls Real Estate stock after leading the pack on Tuesday on quarterly financial results stumbled on Wednesday to emerge the major loser along with Brigade.
At around 1.58 pm, Nifty Realty was trading at 338.00 down 0.15 points or 0.04%, touching a high of 340.50 and low 336.90 of during intraday trade on Wednesday.
Godrej Properties (up 0.66%), Prestige (up 0.61%), and Phoenix Limited (up 0.35%) led the subdued trade.
Sobha was trading 0.32% higher. Sabha Highrise Ventures Private Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary ofthe Sobha Limited has acquired 100% equity shares of Annalakshmi Land Developers Private Limited.
DLF touched a fresh 52-week high of Rs299.50 on Tuesday but was trading at Rs289.90
per piece up Rs0.90 or
