New laws designed to destroy agriculture; not scared of PM Modi, will continue to fight: Rahul Gandhi
The Modi government's new farm laws are designed to 'destroy' the agriculture sector, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi alleged Tuesday and asserted that the only solution to the farmers' issue is to repeal the legislations. He said that the laws will put the entire agriculture sector in the hands of 'three to four crony capitalists'. Hitting back at BJP president JP Nadda for his tweets earlier in the day criticising him, the Congress leader said it was an 'attempted distraction'. Rahul Gandhi made the remarks while addressing a press conference at AICC Headquarters in New Delhi. Watch highlights. (Text: PTI)
