Openreach has connected the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway in North Devon to full-fibre broadband. The Victorian railway is a popular tourist attraction, attracting 400,000 visitors a year. It is the only fully water-powered railway in the UK, and one of three left worldwide.
