Homicide squad investigating man's death after Armadale house fire

Homicide squad detectives have been called in to investigate a suspicious death following a house fire in Armadale on Tuesday morning.

Firefighters were called to respond to the Jannali Way about 7.40am.

They requested police assistance at the scene and a man was found dead inside.

His death is deemed to be suspicious.

A man aged in his 30s, known to the deceased, was assisting detectives with the investigation on Tuesday afternoon.

Police want to speak to anyone who has CCTV or dash camera vision from Jannali Way or the surrounding area between midnight and 8am.
