Adani Enterprises owned international airports in Jaipur, Trivandrum, Guwahati sign agreement with AAI

The company's stock closed higher by 4.34% at Rs529.25 per piece on the BSE.

Adani Enterprises ended 4% higher at Rs529.25 per piece up after announcing that it signed a concession agreement with Airports Authority of India.

Adani Jaipur International Airport Limited, Adani Guwahati International Airport Limited and Adai Thiruvananthapuram International Airport Limited are the wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company.

These wholly-owned subsidiaries have signed the concession agreement with AAI for the Operations, management and development of these airports.

The concession period, according to the company, is 50 years from the commercial operation date.
