Oscar Isaac and May Calamawy have recently joined Marvel’s Moon Knight TV series. Additional details about the show’s casting have been revealed.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ethan Hawke will play the lead villain in the Moon Knight series. It’s unclear which villain Hawke will play as Moon Knight’s villains include Crossfire, Black Spectre, and his archnemesis Raul Bushman. Isaac will play Marc Spector AKA Moon Knight, a vigilante who suffers from multiple personalities and mental illnesses and could have some type of connection to Egyptian gods.
Moon Knight series will be directed by Mohamed Diab, Jeremy Slater, Justin Benson, and Aaron Moorhead. The show is scheduled to begin filming in March at Budapest.
