Bashok programme held

Imphal, January 17 2021: Kongpal Nupi Eshei Marup organised Bashok (Utkantha) programme at Pebam Mandop today.

The programme was attended by N Indrajit, ML A, Kshetrigao AC and Ajit Das, Chairman, Ranganiketan as presidium members.

MLA N Indrajit lauded the Kongpal Nupi Eshei Marup for keeping up with the tradition of Bashok, which he added has become very rare at present.

He urged the public to help preserve such traditional art forms for the future generations.

Bashok performance was also shown at the programme.
