Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken cognizance of the case of Bhola Singh, a resident of Amoi village in Madihan tehsil of Mirzapur district of Uttar Pradesh. The CM has directed the District Magistrate through the government's Internet Media Lucknow to get the entire case investigated.
If Bhola is alive, then his name should be recorded in Khatauni. Strict action should be taken against whoever is an officer or employee guilty in this case. There should be no carelessness in this. He has asked to send an inquiry report within a week.
Bhola Singh sat on a dharna at the district headquarters on Saturday asking for a certificate of survival. It was prominently published by Amar Ujala in the Sunday issue. Bhola Singh has been seeking justice by sending a letter to the administration for the last 15 years. Told that he is a resident of Amoi village in Sadar tehsil and has two brothers. First, they are and the second is Rajnarayan.
It is said that on 24 December 1999, Revenue Inspector and Lekhpal Amoi had shown him dead in his report and had named his brother Rajnarayan in Khatauni. After this, his brother sold ten Biswa land out of the 27 Biswas, occupying the land. On knowing this, when he protested, his brother said that all the land belongs to him. Nothing belongs to Bhola.
When he complained to the officials of the administration and administration, he continued to postpone the case and did not investigate. Due to this, his case is also going on in court for the last 15 years. He also goes on a date and makes a statement in front of the tehsildar. Not only this, in front of the Tehsildar, they tell themselves alive, yet they do not pay attention.
The police station also demanding registration against the revenue inspector and Lekhpal by falsely showing them dead and cutting my name and registering the case of my brother's name in Khatauni, but the police did not take any action. Bhola Singh's case has been raised several times in the past. When the Chief Minister has taken cognizance of the matter, all the officials have been stirred up.
