A 30-year-old woman and her 4-month old daughter were offloaded from the Delhi flight that the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami was on board, as the baby was crying continuously.

A 30-year-old woman and her 4-month old daughter were offloaded from the Delhi flight on Monday since the baby was crying continuously after boarding the aircraft. The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami was travelling to Delhi in the same flight.
The Tamil Nadu CM boarded the Vistara airlines flight to Delhi which was scheduled to depart from Chennai at 12 pm with 94 passengers. After all of them boarded the flight a 4-month old baby girl started to cry continuously. Her parents Rahul and Lakshmi Devi tried to control the baby but all their efforts went in vain. After a few minutes, the air hostesses requested the mother to get down from the flight along with the baby since other passengers are getting disturbed. Initially, they hesitated then later Lakshmi Devi got down from the flight along with the baby.
After that, the flight departed to Delhi with 93 passengers including the CM at 12.15 pm. Airport sources said that mother and the baby are made to stay in the waiting hall and they will board the Vistara airlines flight to Delhi which is scheduled at 5.30 pm.
