NMDC net profit down at Rs 4 billion for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 14 billion a year ago. Net Sales rose 6.0% to Rs 31.9 billion during the period as against Rs 30.1 billion in January-March 2019.
For the year ended March 2019, NMDC reported 26.7% increase in net profit to Rs 46.4 billion compared to net profit of Rs 36.6 billion during FY18.
Revenue of the company grew 4.6% to Rs 122 billion during FY19.
The current Price to earnings ratio of NMDC, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 9.8x.
