And by twin registrations and issue of houseports and deviding ration cards for owned or rented households door number wise this is a asset of every one and liability of none.allication of space drawing rights is 1050 lac from or 15 trillionsir,British economy is run by retail and land lords this way of approach may not be the case for india in future as per un spl rapporteur report housing is not a commodity, but right.
