With sister Kareena Kapoor Khan and brother-in-law Saif Ali Khan having moved into a new abode before the arrival of their second baby, it may seem that Karisma Kapoor has now sold her old home for a big amount. Reports suggest that the actress stayed at a building on the tenth floor and the carpet area of the house is 1,611 square feet. It seems she has sold her home for Rs 10.11 crore. Karisma's house was absolutely stunning going by the glimpses we caught on her many Instagram posts during the COVID-19 lockdown and we're sure whoever bought it, will highly appreciate their new home. Reportedly, the sale of the house was registered just before the year ended on December 24, 2020. The apartment, located in Rose Queen, Khar West, also comes with two car parking. For the unversed, this isn't the first house that the actress has sold. Karisma reportedly sold her 675 sq ft flat in Bandra for Rs 7 crore, 3.7 times more than the market value of Rs 1.89 crore in the year 2018. Now, moving on to Kareena's abode front, her family has moved to a bigger place in Satguru Sharan, just next to their Fortune Heights building. The new house is spread across four floors of the building and has been designed to fit the family. The actress has also been sharing sneak peeks of their lovely new home and we are truly in love with it! Their interior designer Darshini Shah spoke to Times of India and revealed more details about the power couples new home. She said that the new house is not a separate place but it can be seen as just the ‘extension’ of the popular couple’s existing pad. She further added, 'It has Taimur’s own space as he’s growing up. It’s a lot larger than their old house; it’s more spacious with beautiful terraces, a swimming pool, outdoor areas, and open spaces that have been landscaped. It has room for everyone.' Shah also went on to reveal that the couple’s house is filled with souvenirs from places they have explored together as they like to be reminded of their travel memories. She also said that they have a peculiar taste in artworks and antiques and that is something the new house’s interiors reflect. The house also has a beautiful nursery for the couple's second baby due in March this year. The designer also said that her team has been working really hard these couple of months to ensure that the couple moves into the new place in time and get comfortable before the baby arrives.
