Foundation day observed

Imphal, January 16 2021: Manipur Sahitya Samiti Thoubal observed its 27th Foundation Day today.

The samiti was founded on January 16, 1994 at Wangmataba Youth Club, Thoubal as a branch of Manipuri Sahitya Parishad, said a Statement issued by Manipur Sahitya Samiti.

A two minutes silence was observed to condole the sudden demise of Aribam Chitreshor Sharma and Rajkumar Jhaljit in the programme, added the statement.
