MUMBAI: The BMC announced a complete water cut for 20 hours from January 19 to 20 in parts of its L ward (Kurla) as it is taking up repairs at 6 outlets in the Powai water reservoir.
BMC officials said that water supply will be completely cut off for 20 hours on January 19 and 20 in some areas of 'L' ward.
The repair work will start at 8am on January 19 and end at 4am on January 20.
Electoral ward numbers 156, 161, 162 and 164 in areas like Uday Nagar, Marwah Road, Tejpal Compound, Tilak Nagar, Anees Compound, Rajeev Nagar, Millat Nagar, Wire Gully, Sanhita Sankool, Jarimari, Safed Pool, Satya Nagar, Pipeline Road, Shanti Nagar, Shivaji Nagar, Tanaji Nagar, Khadi No 3, Lalbahadur Shastri Nagar will be hit and there will be no water supply.
