Imphal, January 15 2021: Department of Minority Affairs, Government of Manipur released a notification inviting application from qualified candidates for the constitution of 7th Waqf Board.

Interested Muslim candidates, both male and female, having professional experience in town planning or business management, social work, finance or revenue, agriculture and development activities or recognised Muslim scholars in Shia and Sunni Islamic Theology can apply on plain paper giving their full particulars or bio-data to the Secretary (Minority Affairs), Government of Manipur, said a statement issued by the Department.

The statement added that the application should reach the office within one week from the date of issue of the notification which was January 11, 2021 .
