NEW DELHI: Smartphone maker Realme recently launched its Watch S and Realme Watch Pro in India. Now, it appears that the company is working on yet another smartwatch.

According to the source code of Realme Link app, the company might soon launch the Realme Watch 2 and Realme Watch 2 Pro. Realme launched the Realme Watch in May last year and the company might soon launch its successor.

The source code of the Realme Link app which is used to control the IoT devices of the company reveal the name of the two upcoming smartwatches — Realme Watch 2 and Realme Watch 2 Pro. Apart from the name, the source code does not reveal any other details of the smartwatches.


It is expected that just like the first generation, the Realme Watch 2 and Watch 2 Pro will also sport a 1.4-inch LCD display. The wearables are also expected to pack 160 mAh battery.


It is also expected that just like its predecessor, the new smartwatches will also come with IP68 rating which will make them dust and water-resistant. The smartwatches are also said to come with a heart rate sensor and SpO2 monitor. Rumours also suggest that users will be able to control music and camera from the smartwatches.


Recently, Realme launched three new smartwatches — Realme Watch S, Realme Watch S Master Edition and Watch S Pro in India. Realme Watch S comes with a price tag of Rs 4,999, while the Realme Watch S Pro and the Realm Watch S Master Edition can be bought at Rs 9,999 and Rs 5,999 respectively.


The Realme Watch S Series comes equipped with health monitors such as a real-time heart rate monitor and blood oxygen saturation level monitor. The two offer support for app notifications, over 100 watch faces and sports modes.
