Deutsche Telekom starts to operate global network using green electricity

Deutsche Telekom said it has started to operate its global network with green electricity since the beginning of 2021. It had already begun running the network in Germany using renewable energy at the the beginning of 2020. Telekom wants to reduce direct and indirect CO2 emissions by 90 percent by 2030 compared with 2017.
