Bharti Airtel divests stake in Seynse Technologies via subsidiary Nettle Infra; Stock zooms 5% so far today

The stake sale transaction was completed on January 14, 2021.

Telecom service provider Bharti Airtel has announced divestment of its stake in Seynse Technologies Private Limited ('Seynse') held through a wholly-owned subsidiary Nettle Infrastructure Investments Limited.

On Sensex, Bharti Airtel has touched an intraday high of Rs610 per piece. The stock was a little shy away from the all-time high of Rs611.70 per piece.

The stock remains among top gainers on Sensex and Nifty. So far, on Sensex, the stock has surged over 5% today.

At around 1.46 pm, Bharti Airtel was trading at Rs604.80 per piece up 4.14% or Rs24 on Sensex.

The stake sale transaction was completed on January 14, 2021.
