Arjun Tendulkar made his debut for Mumbai's senior team on Friday, when he was named in the playing XI against Haryana in his side's Group E clash against Haryana in the ongoing Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy. The 21-year old left-arm bowler, who is son of India legend Sachin Tendulkar, was picked for the first time in Mumbai's senior team in this season when the squad limit was extended from 20 to 22-member.

When BCCI extended the player limit, Arjun was added to the squad along with Krutik Hanagavadi, a day before when all the teams were supposed to assemble for the competition on January 2.
Arjun didn't feature in the first two games for his side, which Mumbai lost. Led by flamboyant batsman Suryakumar Yadav, Mumbai hasn't had a great start to their campaign, losing both their games, one against Delhi and the other against Kerala.
Arjun, who has earlier respresented India in U-19 cricket and travelled with the Indian national side to England and a couple of more series and previously has played for Mumbai in various age-group tournaments.
