Chennaiites to get direct train to Statue of Unity location Kevadiya

CHENNAI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off, through videoconferencing, a new weekly superfast special train from Chennai to Kevadiya in Gujarat on January 17. The regular services of the train will commence on January 20.
Statue of Unity is situated in Kevadiya.
The inaugural train will leave MGR Central at 11.12am and reach Kevadiya at 2.52pm the next day (Monday).
The train will have stops at Renigunta, Cuddapah, Guntakal, Raichur, Solapur, Pune, Kalyan, Vasai Road, Surat and Vadodara.
The regular service of the train will be:
No. 09120 Kevadiya -MGR Chennai Central weekly superfast special train will leave Kevadiya at 9.15am on Wednesdays starting January 20 and reach MGR Chennai Central at 4pm on Thursdays.
In the return direction, No. 09119 MGR Chennai Central – Kevadiya superfast weekly special train will leave MGR Chennai Central at 10.30pm on Sundays starting January 24 and reach Kevadiya at 3am on Tuesdays.
