Certain yoga postures, such as Balasana and Savasana variations especially help the body release pent-up stress, promote the flow of good energy and get you in the mood to snooze.We asked well-known yoga and trainer, Namrata Piparaiya to show us some quick yoga asanas which you can do before retiring for the night.
