SPPU to start a one-year diploma in Urdu
Image used for representational purpose onlyPUNE: Savitribai Phule Pune University will be starting a diploma course in Urdu Language from this year. The one-year diploma course will have an intake capacity of 30 students and admissions will be done online after qualifying an entrance examination taken by the Department of Hindi within the university. The online applications can be sent between January 13 and 27.
If applications received are less than the intake then all candidates shall be admitted. The online entrance examination will be of 100 marks with 80 marks consisting of subject-specific questions and 20 marks for general questions. Negative marking will be applied during the evaluation.

https://campus.unipune.ac.in/ccep/login.aspx on or before January 27.
