Niti Aayog member Dr VK Paul said the Covid vaccines are effective against the new strain. While talking to reporters, he said ,"Cowin App is already active as the Centre is ready to roll out the vaccines." He further said the vaccine drive will kick off at 3000 sites. The frontline warriors will receive the vaccines in the first phase.
