Twitter briefly suspends J&K Police Cop’s account, restores after fans fume

Jammu, Jan 14 (UNI) The micro-blogging site Twitter briefly suspended the account of Jammu and Kashmir Police officer, which was restored soon after his followers got angry and sought reason for the same.
Twitter India suspended the account of one Deputy Superintendent of Police of Jammu and Kashmir Police, citing no reason, police sources here said.
They said that the officer presently is posted in Traffic Wing of Kashmir, adding, "Suspension of Twitter account fumed cop’s fans while the DSP also expressed displeasure following which the account was restored."
"The account was suspended at around 1900 hours on Wednesday without any reason even despite the fact that he had not posted any objectionable post,” they said and added that the Cop is followed by around 16K people on Twitter.
Following reactions from the Tweetizens, the suspended account of the cop was restored at around 2130 hours after which he thanked Twitter for the needful action.

Bhopal, Jan 14 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan underlined on Thursday that conservation of jungles and wildlife plus development work within forested areas should be executed in a balanced manner.
“Road-laying, communication network development and other projects in sanctuaries and national park areas must not harm fauna,” the senior politician was officially quoted as saying while addressing the 19th meeting of the State Wildlife Board.

Nine more found Corona positive in Hamirpur

Out of these, 5 people have turned positive in RT-PCR test and 4 in rapid antigen test, according to CMO Dr Archana Soni.
