JNVST class 9 exam date 2021 revised; to be held on Feb 24

NEW DELHI: Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has revised the exam date of the Lateral Entry Selection Test for admission to class IX. Earlier, the exam was scheduled for February 13, which will now be held on February 24.
The information in this regard available on the official portal of NVS reads "The Lateral Entry Selection Test for admission to class IX in JNVs for the academic session 2021-22 will be held on 24.02.2021."
The selection test will be conducted in English and Hindi.
Candidates can contact the NVS help desk number for JNVST 2021 (6th) and LEST(9th) at 0120-2975754.

Candidates who have studied in Class-VIII in one of the Govt./Govt. recognised schools of the district where the JNV is functioning can seek admission in Class-IX. A candidate seeking admission must be between the age group 13-16 years on 1st May of the year of admission for which the Selection Test is conducted. This applies to all categories of candidates including those who belong to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
The selection test will be conducted in English and Hindi.
