Open Fiber connects first premises in EUR 4 mln Cassino FTTH build

Open Fiber has completed the cabling of its FTTH infrastructure in the first 3,400 homes in the town of Cassino in the central Lazio region. The wholesale-only operator, which aims to roll out 59 kilometres of cables in the locality via an investment of EUR 3.8 million, said the network will enable local residents to access the internet at download speeds of up to 1 Gbps.
