Mother Dairy expands packaged sweets portfolio; aims Rs 100 crore revenue in 2-3 years


NEW DELHI: Mother Dairy, a number one milk provider in the Delhi-NCR market, on Thursday stated it has expanded its sweets portfolio and is concentrating on Rs 100 crore gross sales from this new vertical. Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), has launched two new styles of sweets — Mathuda peda and mewa atta laddoo — beneath its sweets portfolio.

Mother Dairy has 1,500 milk cubicles and greater than 300 Safal retailers in the Delhi-NCR market.
